For starters, there are some steps you can do ahead of time to ensure the installation appointment goes well. Make sure the area where the air conditioning system will be located is clear. This includes an open path so the installers don’t face obstacles when carrying the equipment to the final spot. This includes clearing the area of any tools, toys, sticks and leaves.
If you have pets, make sure they are in a kennel, crate or located in a separate area to be sure it’s a safe environment for the technician and your pet.
